the view of life
I think its safe to say that in life, we always dreamed that we would have grand and unforgettable run we had. When we tell a story about ourselves sometimes, there’s always a little bit of exaggeration to spice things up a bit, to make it seem more funnier, adventurous and shall we say much more dramatic. But I think that is not a bad thing, but rather a good thing. It never hurts to have a little imagination in our life.
That’s why I always enjoy watching Big Fish, the main character sets out to tell his story through narration which is perfectly in setting and in right moments. I think from the start of the movie, we are being led to believe that fairy tells jsut don’t mix well with real life, but towards the end of the movie, when our lives must end sometime its good to have a little fairy tale in our life, especially if we share this with someone we love. Life would never be boring, life would be sweeter and the love that was shared for will forever remain in the hearts of those who benefitted. Thus the end of his life, and just the way he always wanted, in that said, he wantd to touch people’s lives and when he is gone, they would have tears along with laughter for the momories that was shared, one that would last us a lifetime…
